  1. Do you have a lease with each student?

If so, what are the rights under the lease. If there is a section on respect for the establishment or maintenance of public areas from the fact that the angle refers approach.

First, there is nothing you do about body odor, personal hygiene is something that does not let any landlord or maintenance approach, however.

Let him know that you have received complaints about the maintenance of public areas, please informed him that if this continues, you will be asked to leave. Remember that it is the common area and everything you clean. Please note that health and safety, with no room for a certain level of health risks can not only lead, but an infestation of rodents and insects.

The issue of body odor is that girls have their own ways to solve.

Especially, they do not renew the lease with tenant problems, to solve the problem in the future.

Cessation of the use of hygiene products situation is disgusting and a threat to health. That alone should be enough to save someone else. See what else we can do more things to use. Make sure to take photos of her. I know it's serious, but as evidence in court as possible. I was lookin at it a little and see what are its laws. Because if you disturb the other, was at the end w / losing a lot. See if you can consider to wild or what ever, and refuse to make the music ... etc. Good luck!

  3. Frankly, it looks more like a psychological problem. Someone should inform the parents in conjunction with a therapist and talk to the girl. It is not normal for a girl that no matter how it smells and allow the use of feminine products there.

Something terribly wrong and needs help before it escalates.
