How can I make my European TV work with comcast cable? - how to make european license plate bracket
I have a European TV (old Sony Trinitron CRT), apparently only compatible with PAL. If you have a digital converter and the use of the composite video-out cable? If not, how I can do it with Comcast cable?

You can not. Comcast converter boxes that are sent or NTSC.
